Lisa King is the founder of Eat My Lunch, one of NZ's most successful social enterprises. Their mission is to ensure no child goes hungry at school – a very real problem when one in four Kiwi kids live on the poverty line.
Lisa was one of three finalists for New Zealander of the Year 2019, acknowledging not just her desire to address the issue of kids going to school hungry, but using her passion, creativity, and commercial expertise to make it a reality. In 2020, Lisa was selected as one of 21 women from around the world to become a Cartier Women's Initiative Fellow, the first Kiwi to have done so in 16 years of the programme.
Lisa is a mum of two and before Eat My Lunch, spent 15 years in FMCG marketing, working for the likes of Unilever, Fonterra, Heinz Watties, and Cadbury's.
Eat My Lunch began in 2015 from Lisa's home kitchen. Since then, the Buy One Give One model* has made over 1.7 million lunches for Kiwi kids in need. As one of the country's most well-known social enterprises, Eat My Lunch has demonstrated that a business with a social purpose can drive change and help gain momentum for change; a concept that is only strengthened by the introduction of Ka Ora, Ka Ako – a government funded lunch programme which Eat My Lunch is also a supplier of. This side of the Eat My Lunch brand makes and delivers 15,550 school lunches every day, over and above the 3,500 school lunches made every week through the Buy One Give One model.
*Every lunch you buy, Eat My Lunch give a lunch to a Kiwi kid in need.

In December 2020, Lisa launched her second social business, AF Drinks. Introducing a NZ-first, range of alcohol-free adult drinks, Lisa hopes to normalise not drinking and to make it easier for people to have a healthier relationship with alcohol. In just 7 months, AF has helped create a new category in NZ and is stocked in ~400 stores nationwide. In July this year, AF was chosen by Air New Zealand to serve as the alcohol-free drink on flights.
It was more than a decade ago when Elle's EFT journey started, and she quickly became aware of EFT's remarkable effects in helping her heal from negative past experiences and other worries and anxieties. As a highly sensitive person (HSP) she spent a large part of her life with an overwhelmed nervous system; whilst not having many efficient tools to navigate the storms and stresses of life.
EFT completely changed that for Elles and it continues to be one of the most important practises in her wellbeing toolbox.
Elle's loves how EFT assists the uncovering of our inner essence or true self, as we gently release the layers and limitations placed upon us over our lifetime and in the process, greater self-acceptance emerges. She also love how empowering EFT is, in the way it can be used independently as a self-help technique, strengthening the connection to self and gaining greater self-awareness and resilience as we ride the waves of life.
Elles has always been fascinated by the human psyche as well as our innate ability to heal and hence it has now become her passion as an EFT Practitioner to pass on this amazing method to others on their own healing journeys.
Anna Boivin is a mum to four adult children and 10 grandchildren, who like to call her nana anna banana!
Anna became a mum quite early in life and lived and worked in rural areas with her husband for many years. This included work in docking, hay making and shearing hands before they made the decision to move to the city and start on their own business.
After some thinking about her future and what she wanted to do with her life, Anna completed a degree in psychology and trained post graduate at Auckland University teachers college. Whilst she enjoyed teaching, she always felt that agw wanted to be more effective in the lives of the young people that I came into contact with. This led to Anna completing another post graduate diploma - this time in Narrative Counselling. She completed her internship at The Media Design School and realised that she enjoyed counselling with adults as much as young people.
Narrative therapy sits well with Anna's belief that we are each the masters of our own lives. She is a firm believer that we get to choose the values we hold dear and the goals that we have in our lives.
Narrative therapy explores these values and goals, while supporting people to make the changes they need to achieve these. Anna also has family members who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and also on the autistic spectrum. These are also areas where Anna canan lend her experience and support.
Anna believes her role as therapist is to support people with finding solutions to areas of their lives, that are stressful or problematic.
Meet the founder of Bconscious Coaching, Billee White.
For many years Blliee experienced depression and anxiety. She felt disconnected from herself, her intuition and her joy spark.
She was always stressed, emotionally reactive and living at the mercy of her mind and emotions. She felt completely out of control.
Recongising that she could not continue to live this way, she decided to take action.
Billee is very passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with her clients. Yoga is a form of mindful movement that allows you to understand how you move, and to bring you into present time awareness by creating a connection between your mind, body and breath.
Billee has been teaching for five years in group settings, 1:1 therapeutic movement sessions and within the corporate arena. She also runs retreats quarterly which are a great way to take some time out of your busy life to connect to yourself and become centred.
Raised on the shore Karl travelled the world as a diving instructor and somehow managed to find himself as a manager for a manufacturing company.
Realising that his life had somehow gone from a fit, outdoor lifestyle to an office surrounded by welding equipment he took the obvious steps to rectify this mistake.
Having a body that was ageing from misuse and a sedentary lifestyle he was referred to pilates and hasn't looked back.
Taking it to the extreme he immersed himself in it and actually changed his career to help others find movement and health.
With a BCom from Auckland Uni, a Cert IV in pilates from Breathe and a Cert IV in Personal training in Melbourne he has a wide range of knowledge and loves a good challenge and will help you push past boundaries that you thought were there.

I am a fierce ambassador for motherhood and all things parenting, and despite my many attempts can’t seem to give up my love for caramel lattes.
You’ll find me ordering a burger off the menu wherever I go and embracing everyone with my big smile and warm personality.
The Mums Clique is a project I have envisioned for years.
A community that is all about giving back and bringing mothers together.
Offering each other support and advice through all aspects of parenting and nurturing new friendships into everlasting ones.
The last few years have taught me that I am stronger and more capable than I ever thought possible.
Being a mum really is an adventure and there is definitely no instruction manual.

Every business has a duty to manage employee wellbeing, just like they do any other health and safety risk.
The problem is when businesses do invest in wellbeing, they spend too much time and money on short-lived, one size fits all initiatives that are effective for half of their workforce at best.
Wellbeing Connection provides a complete wellbeing ecosystem that covers Physical, Social, Financial, and Mental Wellbeing – we give employees tools in the areas where they need it most.
Wellbeing Connection means no more wasted money on lunchtime yoga that no one attends; just happier, more productive employees and a more profitable business.
